Re-Designed: Saara Fashion

Once it is brightened up, this is one of the nicest "festured posts" slider themes that I have come across in a while. The big tweak involved deleting the gray overlay on the slider. And once I figured out how to do that the beauty of the thing really came out. One thing about the slider though: The way you will see the featured post image stretch from edge to edge only happens when you go "back" on the browser. By default the slider shows 3 posts, which is also very nice, but obviously the full width thing looks really gorgeous. Couldn't figure out why this is happening, why the full width cannot be the default - and believe me, I have tried.

The other tweaks involved the usual stuff, got rid of the colors and the rather complicated typography, made a lot of things uppercase. Deleted the bitmap logo (really wish they wouldn't do that - who do they think will use their logo?) and also made the header a bit narrower. But anyway, the tweaking here was really worth it, what has come out is a really great looking theme that can be used for many purposes.

Important! 3rd party responsive Blogger themes have a lot of quirks that you will have to fix which come about every time that you restore a theme.
